Initial Cost: $425 (approx. 2 hours)
Follow up:    $375 (approx. 1 and a half hours).  Recommended is 12 treatments either weekly or bi-weekly depending on the patient for best results. After the 12, then it's maintenance and preventative treatments again depending on the patient.
